Refund Policy

1. Who handles refunds

Safir AI Real subscriptions (Premium and VIP) are sold and billed exclusively through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not process payments directly, and therefore we cannot issue refunds ourselves.

All refund requests must be submitted directly to the store you purchased through:

3. EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83, consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Apple and Google honour this right on our behalf for purchases made through their stores. Submit your request to the store within 14 days of purchase to use this right.

Note: by starting to use AI features (chat, voice, image generation) you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service, which may waive the 14-day right under Art. 16(m) of the Directive — the same rule the stores apply.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • iOS — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Safir AI
  • Android — Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is provided for unused time.

5. Free trial

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged. After the first charge, the standard refund process above applies.
